PASUNDAN EKSPRES – Vespa 946 10° Anniversario, bearing the thematic emblem of a rabbit, was officially unveiled in Indonesia on Friday, November 3rd, with a price tag of IDR 260 million.
This special edition Vespa commands a higher price than some of the country’s best-selling cars, such as the Honda Brio, starting at IDR 165.9 million, the Toyota Avanza at IDR 235 million, and even the Mitsubishi Xpander at IDR 258.2 million.
PT Piaggio Indonesia introduced this model to the country as a celebration of the first decade of the Vespa 946.

The prominent rabbit motif in the scooter’s design pays homage to the Year of the Rabbit, symbolizing peace, prosperity, and reverence for the past.
The Vespa 946 is released in limited quantities, with only 1000 units available worldwide.
“Inspired by the original Vespa prototype, the MP6, the Vespa 946 has evolved into an archetype of retro Vespa design with a futuristic twist. The exclusive limited edition Vespa 946 10° Anniversario is a celebration of a glorious decade during which Vespa’s legacy has transformed into a contemporary trendsetter, boldly moving forward,” said Marco Noto La Diega, Managing Director and Country CEO of PT Piaggio Indonesia in an official statement on Friday, November 3rd.
The Vespa 946 10° Anniversario is considered the first installment of a 12-year project.
The project aims to launch annual editions inspired by the Chinese lunar zodiac for each respective year.
This remarkable scooter comes in a classic Vespa color, the elegant verde or green.
Furthermore, it features a prominent rabbit silhouette on the vehicle’s body, serving as an eye-catching icon.

Indonesian Vespa enthusiasts can purchase the limited edition Vespa 946 10° Anniversario at Motoplex, which houses products from four brands – Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi – across the entire country.
PT Piaggio Indonesia also offers a range of accessories, including helmets, rear bags, and flyscreens, to complete the Vespa 946 10° Anniversario experience.
